The project aims to address a number of gender stereotypes and the unequal status of women in Abkhazian society. This inequality creates barriers to women's participation in social and civic life. The project has produced a series of media outputs presenting the roles of specific women in their lives and society. Thanks to the fact that the outputs were published by TV Asarkia, their viewership rose to tens of thousands of views. The project also included follow-up workshops on gender stereotypes for up to fifty participants.
