This green initiative aspires to have at least two supermarkets offering paper or cloth bags as an environmentally-friendly alternative to their plastic counterparts by the end of 2015.

To achieve this goal, they use negotiating with the town representatives as well as supermarket directors to whom they propose to prepare a marketing plan based on an environmentally-friendly approach.

The initiative concurrently runs an awareness-raising campaign through which they point at the problematic nature of overconsumption of plastic bags which causes an environmental burden at first sight.
