The campaign strives to achieve that the town Lyubimovka in Kherson Oblast introduces a functional system of waste treatment and thus limits a widespread practice of creating illegal dumps. The illegal dumps are created primarily because waste treatment is not organized. The campaign presses especially for creation of a place where biowaste could be deposited and also for the town to set aside funds for an employee that would ensure running such a place.

As a positive side-effect, if biowaste is treated correctly, the town will gain a small income to its budget by selling compost.
