The campaign aims at adoption of gender equality program by Odessa Oblast administration. This is a requirement stipulated by a law that was adopted five years ago but remains widely disrespected. The program consists of very concrete measures, for example in the form of quotas or suggestions of public buildings adjustments so that they are accessible to parents with children.
